You are advised to read the Terms and Conditions governing the use of transtar.travel (eTranstar) before you register with us as our Transtar member which will allow you to do transaction online at eTranstar. Your use of this site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. By using this site, you agree unconditionally and accept to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions stated. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your use of this site and/or the products and services offered herein. The Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the site and the products and services offered herein. In this context, “the company” refers to Transtar Travel Pte Ltd; “third party” refers to other travel agents, travel service providers such as air, cruise and coach providers and National Tourist Organisations involved in your travel arrangements. The products and services are provided by both the company and/or third parties where required. Hence, their (third parties’) own specific governing terms and conditions shall apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions. These specific terms and conditions for a particular product or service shall include any terms and conditions found on your screens and when using any part of this site. In the event of any inconsistency between the specific terms and conditions for a particular product or service and the Terms and Conditions, the specific terms and conditions for the particular product or service shall prevail in relation to that particular product or service. Site user/s should also understand that all prices or rate on this site is in Singapore Dollars unless stated. Your use of eTranstar is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time. Please note that the Terms and Conditions are binding on you (the “User”). In consideration of Transtar agreeing to User’s use of eTranstar, subject to proper and due registration as required by Transtar , User agrees and undertakes to :- Safeguard and protect from any unauthorised use of Login ID, and password that would allow User to log onto eTranstar; and for the avoidance of doubt, any booking and all activities occurred under User’s account, authorised or unauthorised, shall be deemed to have been made by User; Immediately notify Transtar of any unauthorised use of User’s account or password or any other breach of security Payment terms will be by secure payment gateway, which includes credit card , debit card and Internet banking. User will be liable for and pay Transtar any shortfall in collections, cancellation of bookings, unauthorised bookings or wrong quotations or input made by User, its employees, staff, agents or representatives. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless as stated for member discounts or promotions. All transactions are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will refund the amount paid if the booking is cancelled due to unavailability of the travel service. Coach type are subjected to change under unforeseen circumstances and refund will be accorded as such. Infant below 24 months do not required coach tickets if sharing the seat with an adult paying ticket. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the User within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. User will require to print out the electronic confirmation for checking-in upon the day of departure. The management reserves the right to change your allotted seating or arrange for a coach transfer to the custom if the needs arise, without prior notice. It is very important to check if visas are required for your journey because you may be refused entry without a visa and we cannot be held responsible for consequences if access is not granted or if access is delayed due to visa requirements. Visa on arrival delays on Customs Immigration will be treated as no show after the stipulated waiting time of 30 minutes.
