Please submit the details in the form below at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure or arrival time at Singapore Changi Airport. You can submit details up to 30 days in advance from your departure or arrival date at Singapore Changi Airport based on your confirmed flight itinerary.
Note: Transtar will send a confirmation via email within 3 working days of submission. If you are taking a departure flight from Singapore, the minimum connecting time on TS1 is 4 hours (2 hours TS1 journey time and 2 hours advance check-in time) before your departure flight.

Terms & Conditions
- The free TS1 tickets campaign (“Campaign”) is jointly organised by Scoot Pte. Ltd. and Changi Airport Group (S) Pte Ltd, and fulfilled by Transtar (collectively, the “Organisers”). The Campaign is only valid for travel from 21 May 2024 until 31 March 2025 on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.
- Only Scoot passengers who are non-Singapore residents are eligible for the Campaign.
- The Organisers shall not be responsible for missed flight connection because of delays due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Organisers reserve the right to reject applications for the free TS1 ticket(s) under the Campaign if the applicant(s) do not fulfil the eligibility criteria or submit false or incomplete information.
- By participating in the Campaign, each applicant consents to Transtar’s collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing (including sharing with third-parties) of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.
- Where the applicant is submitting this form on behalf of another, the applicant represents and warrants that he or she has the authority and requisite consent to agree to these Terms and Conditions on their behalf including the processing of personal data pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organisers, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their directors, officers, agents and employees shall not be responsible for any damage/loss or personal injury to the applicant(s), and/or loss or damage to any property sustained as a result of the applicant’s participation in the Campaign.
- The Organisers’ decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final, conclusive and binding.
- The Organisers reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without notice to the applicant(s) and the applicant(s) agrees to be bound by such amended Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
